I have worked in the education sector for 20 years specialising in working with students with behaviour and SEN. I have worked within the youth service coordinating and delivering alternative education for 5 years. I then spent 7 years working for local government delivering training and education for students not in education employment or training (NEET) and as a qualified assessor for apprenticeships. For the last 8 years I have worked in further education specialising in the delivery of functional skills working with students on study programmes and now within a specialist college at Petty Pool teaching students with SEN. I have a good knowledge of using media and digital tools within my practice as a teacher and I'm looking forward to expanding my skills with ETF.
