Adapting content to your audience
The value of this model is that it requires participants to reflect on the communication strategies they use across a broad range. It considers email, resource use and adaptation and the use of social media for different types and styles of communication, including appropriate scenarios for the use of each. A clear case study outlines how a more traditional resource can be adapted using Alt text, narrations and rethinking of image use and presentation style to make it accessible for a wide range of learners.

The limitations of personalised learning
This module was effective in that it asked me to reflect upon personalised learning from the point of view of the individual, the group and my own learning. It was useful to explore how we cater to the needs of the individual whilst at the same time ensuring that social aspects of learning and the abilities to engage in peer learning are still available when learners may not be able to attend much of the main F2F presentation of a course.
