The training had some useful reminders about the problems with digital sources online and availability/copyright.
I found this really useful
Useful info, especially on Creative Commons as a resource.
There is a way round most hurdles as regards using resources from outside the institution, even to the extreme of producing your own. That said you don't want to re-invent the wheel if the wheel is available in one form or another
useful content - thank you
Some good tips for what to do if things don't work.
useful
OK but no particuarly useful information
ok
Excellent points!
Great! I've learned a couple of technical things I didn't know. There is always a way around it!
Pretty much knew the content from CPD sessions at work
This was useful in the detail about creative commons for sharing resources but sometimes this is a time constraint.
The module made it clear that there are several issues that need to be considered before selecting online resources. It's not simply the case of whether the content looks appropriate: if it cannot be run for copyright or technical reasons, and these cannot be overcome, it may be easier to create one's own.
An informative bite-size unit with lots of useful links.
