This is how I plan to motivate my team to get them going with the platform and resources:
I have a Standardisation meeting on 4th February with the team. We always include training as part of this. So I plan to introduce EDS to them and then, during the session, give them time out to register on the Enhanced platform and complete their Self-Assessment and read their personalised recommendations. I then will bring them back and share screen with them so they can watch me complete part of one of my modules to show them how easy it is. I will show them the teaching materials in the resource section and we will have a discussion about how we could use the materials with our apprentices and trainees and agree a way forward. We will also discuss when they will find time to have a go. Our trainers are not paid for CPD so this would be carried out off their own back as personal CPD. But our Apprenticeship Coordinators are contracted staff so they will allocate time to this.
