How do I add individual staff to share their data to be incorporated in the dashboard?

How can I view the dashboard?

Click on More in the top menu bar and you will find your Learning Provider name. Click on this and you will see the dashboard for your organisation and be able to access a range of reports.

How do I add my organisation’s logo to the dashboard?

Email your logo to enhance@etfoundation.co.uk and we will upload this for you.

The logo will appear on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.

How do I set up and run a Discussion Forum for my staff who have shared their data for inclusion in the dashboard?
A

A forum will automatically be created for individual learning providers that are subscribing to the Dashboard. Within this forum all users can create their own threads, post and reply to posts. The watch facility allows all forum users who post to receive emails when a post is made to the thread being watched. The forum is visible only to the staff assigned to the individual learning provider.

The general forum for all Enhance DTP Management Dashboard users enables users to create threads, post and reply to posts, with posts being visible to all users.

Who can view the dashboard and how do I arrange for colleagues to see this?
A
Only administrators can view the dashboard for your organisation. You are able to give administrator rights to any member of your staff who is registered on the dashboard. You can do this by editing the individual staff record from the dashboard screen and changing the status of admin to “Yes”. An email will be sent by the platform inviting this person to be an administrator. On receiving this and accepting the invitation, this person will be able to view the dashboard.

How can I group my staff into curriculum related or other types of staff groups?

In your staff list you can assign tags to each member of staff. Simply choose a name for the group and add a tag in the tag box for that individual. An individual member of staff can belong to more than one group.

How can I view the dashboard or a report for a particular group?

You can filter your reports, using these tags, to report on specific groups of staff.

How can I view the progress of an individual member of staff?
A

Individual staff can view their own progress in the My Badges section of their display. This shows progress towards a badge through modules completed and the modules that have to be completed to achieve the badge.

You can view this individual record by going to your staff list for dashboard participants and clicking on “Show badges” alongside the name of that member of staff. This will give you a view of the individual’s progress towards specific badges, including modules covered and modules yet to be covered.
