Make Accessibility the norm

Give a brief description of your work context and responsibilities, e.g. your teaching background, experience, type of organisation (e.g. FE college, ACL), subject/curriculum you teach/lead, your learners (skills level, any particular inclusion needs, age range of group, size of group)

Work in an independent training provider, my role is learning development coach and I support tutors in their delivery. Tutors are of mixed ability especially with technology. Age range of the group is from 30-60 years old.

How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

I am going to use the accessibility features from the go when delivering sessions and make this the norm - such as using subtitles when speaking. I am also going to look at some of the resources that I have and look at making these more inclusive.
Finally - I want to educate this out to my tutors so I am going to start compiling a toolkit and resources to teach them this content within... more
