The establishment which I currently work within is a Large FE College where we also deliver HE and WBL programmes within the engineering sectors (Mechanical and Electrical). As I have been working through completing the various modules I have adapted my teaching approach in a number of ways, such as reflecting upon assessment approaches and adopting new assessment methods.
