I teach adult learners the European Computer Driving Licence qualification. The learners can be at different levels and most are unemployed.

How did you use the learning from this module in your teaching context?

One of my learners find text as a learning barrier.

During COVID-19 she was e-mailed written MS PowerPoint activities by the teaching practice. When I chased for progress, no activity had been undertaken.

I decided to use Webex a video conferencing software to support the learner. Using mobile phone I helped guide the learner into how to use Webex and from there... more

What worked well?

The learner did not need to search for learning videos on YouTube as Moodle had short videos to support classroom learning.

What would you do differently next time?

Encourage the use of Moodle at the start of the course and also allow learners to access this during the class.
