Give a brief description of your work context and responsibilities, e.g. your teaching background, experience, type of organisation (e.g. FE college, ACL), subject/curriculum you teach/lead, your learners (skills level, any particular inclusion needs, age range of group, size of group)

I teach adults European Computer Driving Licence. The age group of learners is adult and most tend to be those who are unemployed or would like to gain ECDL to support their current/future employment.

I have found SEND is not always identified or provided and it is important to make learning accessible to cater for all learners.

How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

I actually put what I learnt into practice outside of my teaching practice.

I work in the Police training branch and due to COVID-19 most of the training courses were put on hold.

I was moved to work within a team to produce wellbeing service for the organisation.
