As director of an Independent Training Provider I have a variety of roles working with diverse organisations. My main role is in Initial Teacher Training and ongoing CPD for FE, HE and in work-based scenarios. How did you use the learning from this module in your teaching context?

In my teacher education context I will be using this learning by setting learners working in small groups a task to design a suite of resources which will be suitable for a wide range of learners with specific needs and differing levels of access to and confidence with technology. What worked well?

When using this activity in the past before the Enhance modules were available what worked well is getting trainee teachers to put themselves in the position of a range of learners with differing levels of digital confidence competence unlearning needs. What would you do differently next time?

On reflection I think that I can further adapt the activity by asking my teacher trainees to bring their own mini pen portraits of the learners that they are working with in their own groups. This will enable them to work with real life case studies of actual learners making the design scenario more realistic.
