I work in an FE college and teach Level 1 and 2 Early years as well as Assess students in placement for Level 2 and 3. I have a background in early years and started assessing work based learners for early years and then transitioned to classroom based students. How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

I looked at using technology in the classroom as well as remotely to encourage my learners to contribute more in lessons, by using slido they were able to participate further and the quieter students also offered their thoughts which was nice as they normally wouldnt have the confidence to do this. i have decided to use technology for retrieval tasks, class discussions and peer work as i feel... more
