I work at Loughborough College (FE) as a Trainer Assessor, delivering apprenticeships through blended delivery model in the workplace and onsite at our campus. I deliver Level 2 Adult Care Worker and Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards. I am also a Digital Learning Champion for the college. How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

I will certainly be exploring more the 4 m's and I will consider these more when planning, delivering and reviewing. I feel that I do this however I do need to look at memory further. I always look at ways to assess retention of knowledge, but I definitely feel memory checks is an element of my practice I need to improve further to support my learners for EPA readiness.
