I am part of the apprenticeship team and work as a Trainer Assessor in an FE college. The apprenticeship standards that I train and prepare apprentices for are Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 and Business Administrator Level 3. How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

Ensure documents uploaded to our virtual site meet the accessibility requirements. To ensure I am assessing individual needs of apprentices at enrolment, booking them in for a learning needs assessment.
