I have 40 years’ experience in Light and HGV automotive vehicles and have been a technical trainer with another 6 years’ experience. Currently I am teaching first to third year apprentices for a large HGV manufacturer via remote virtual training sessions to classes of 10 to 20 learners in size. How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

A second try of using Teams brake out rooms was a lot more successful by using a smaller group of odd numbered learners and appointing a "team leader" before they went into the session with the provision that someone other than the leader was to provide the feedback.
