Give a brief description of your work context and responsibilities, e.g. your teaching background, experience, type of organisation (e.g. FE college, ACL), subject/curriculum you teach/lead, your learners (skills level, any particular inclusion needs, age range of group, size of group)

Payroll and Business Tutor teaching level 1 and 2 and also accounting software at level 1. I work at Walsall College-Adult and Community- Essential skills. Learners range from the ages of 18-55, looking to enhance careers, develop skills for business purposes and promotion/job development purposes. Group sizes is around 10.

What worked well?

Learners were able to freely express opinion regarding use of credit facilities from their moral beliefs in cultural aspects.
Using audio to allow learners to listen to some instruction, with regards to using payroll software enabled learners to work at their own pace and therefore take less time when inputting data first time around.

What would you do differently next time?

Design resources differently and more uniquely with questions that can be further used in order to create an assignment which would, in my opinion, better refelect outcomes and harmonise answers for further discussion.
