I work for a small independent training provider. The sector is within Health and Social Care. We have a range of learners abilities, as well as learners that are not fluent in English or confident in their language skills. The age range of or learners is from 16-65.

How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

with the sessions being delivered on line for the foreseeable future, it is critical that I am able to adapt the sessions to ensure they remain impactful for all of the learners. For me I will utilise white boards a lot more within my sessions.
