My teaching back ground is support trainers to deliver their qualifications into the field confidently and in way that includes all learning needs of the individual learners. The learners that the trainers may have which I support with are individual where English is not their first language.

How did you use the learning from this module in your teaching context?

I have used this learning to help trainers in the business to look at their session goals for that session with learners that don't speak English confidently. I have encouraged to reduce the amount objectives they may have in their delivery session. What worked well?

The trainers found this to be a great idea, however, some did feel that they found themselves stumbling, because they rely on the learners asking questions. They found that once they began making the videos they became more confident in the delivery of the session. I explained that the video was a recap not the full delivery session. What would you do differently next time?

Whilst all trainers are trying to deliver the same message, perhaps have these standardised to ensure the best video could be sent out to the learners.
