I work for a provider who deliver short course to people new into the industry that supports their knowledge and development. These are people of all levels and abilities. I have worked in care for many years so understand the differences in learners needs

How will you adapt activities in your teaching context to put into practice learning from the module?

I am going to ensure that I utilities the skills learned for all learners to ensure that these functions engage and encourage all learners to access learning using technology. For example, having worked in care previously, a lot of learners wouldn’t be comfortable using a laptop but would be more comfortable using their own phone or tablet.
